Andrew Eweka
Chairman & C.E.O
Prince Andrew Eweka has over 10 years’ experience playing in both the upstream and downstream sectors of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry. He is the Co-founder of Wazima Health, an astute business man with various corporate interests and sits on the board of a number of companies. Andrew has been instrumental in bringing several global businesses into Nigeria and West Africa generally.
John Bray
F. John Bray is the former USA Consul General to Nigeria, a business strategist & implementer.
​John, a career member of the U.S. Department of State Senior Foreign Service, previously served as the US Consul General in Lagos. Since leaving government service he has served on a number of executive boards in Europe and West Africa where he specializes in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
During his Foreign Service career, Mr. Bray served as the Senior Regional Security Officer in Abuja; Deputy RSO in Baghdad; senior RSO in Abidjan, Dakar, Nouakchott, and Tashkent; first Agent in Charge of the Karzai Protective Detail; and as assistant RSO in Cairo. In the United States, he served in Overseas Operations as the Special Operations Coordinator and as a member of the Mobile Security Division.
Mr. Bray received a Masters’ degree in Strategic Studies from the Army War College. He also has a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the College of William and Mary. He speaks Russian and French.
Prior to joining the Department, he served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer.

He has roles with the largest professional association in aesthetics in the UK, a voluntary regulator and acts as an advisor to Government, private companies and not for profit charitable bodies. He is an experience Chair, Charity Trustee, Non-Executive Director, CEO as well as a business consultant. He has experience and background in market research, economic regeneration, mergers and acquisitions and all aspects of the beauty, aesthetics, medical and pharma markets both in the UK and globally. He has been recognised by H.M Queen Elizabeth 11 for his extensive charitable and community-based works.
Osamede Okhomina

He has been the CEO of a Public Company in the UK and headed global oil & gas companies and he also has been a Senior Adviser to the Nigerian Government.

Michael Christian

Michael specialises in working with Family Offices, HNW and investors looking to grow their real estate interests through acquisition or disposal of assets >£5M but who lack the time or resources to focus exclusively on such transactions.
Having studied geology at University & then worked in exploration geology immediately thereafter, Michael also has a solid understanding of the upstream side of exploration geology (within the oil industry) and of the alluvial mining industry as well as the raising of debt and/or equity in these sectors.
Acting as an introducer, Michael is able to identify & assist collaborations between third parties in terms of joint ventures, identifying the need for equity, debt or simply complimentary knowledge/skills.
Over the past two years, he has personally been involved in raising £28M of equity, which when added to the senior debt has seen him help fund a portfolio of opportunities to the tune of nearly £100M.
Sam Sivo

Sam Sivo is an experienced commodities professional with a background in commodities trading and global regulatory compliance, with a good understanding of front to back office processes covering both physical and financial markets, having a proactive approach to business analysis, stakeholder management and project management for global regulations, trade surveillance, implementations and process improvement of front office and regulatory solutions.
He also has worked within the ETRM / CTRM market and implemented multiple ETRM / CTRM and Risk systems for commodities such as: Crude, Refined Products, Natural Gas, LNG, Coal, Power, Freight, Renewables, Concentrates, Base Metals, Iron-Ore, Petrochemicals, Softs and Grains.

Roxane Ceyhan

Roxane Ceyhan has over 7 years’ experience in Marketing and Communication.
After graduation (Master in Marketing and Communication), she launched her carreer in Paris, where she worked for different media agencies. She also has a strong international background, after she moved to London, for developing strategic marketing insights and media tactics for Apple. This experience gave her a deep understanding of strategic thinking to all communication and marketing projects.
She has worked in politics in France with previous and present government in the areas of media and strategic planning.

Peter commenced his legal career at leading US Law Firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP where he joined their Capital Markets department. Peter’s main practice involved advising on a wide range of equity, equity-linked and debt capital markets transactions, including IPO’s and Stock Market listings. He was involved in several multi-million and billion-dollar transactions for several blue chip clients.
Peter then moved to Trowers & Hamlins LLP, a law firm based in Central London, which is consistently ranked as one of the leading law firms in the Middle-East. During his time at Trowers & Hamlins LLP, Peter assisted his clients in Africa, Russia, India and the Middle-East on several real estate, corporate, project finance transactions and litigation.
In 2012, Peter launched Aspen Morris Solicitors and became one of the youngest Managing Partners of a Law Firm in the United Kingdom.
